1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Ontario.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

150 for $50.00; 0 tickets
300 for $75.00; 0 tickets

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: August 24, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT

Draw
50/50 draw: August 25, 2023 at 7:00:00 p.m. EDT

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at Fort William Country Club, 1350 Mountain Rd, Thunder Bay, ON P7J 1C2

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://rmhc.rafflenexus.com/winners on August 25, 2023.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the RMHC Southwestern Ontario & RMHC Toronto.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the RMHC Southwestern Ontario & RMHC Toronto or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

RMHC Southwestern Ontario & RMHC Toronto does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: kmontfort@rmhc-swo.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Other
